Elise Christie represented Team GB in short track speed skating at the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Games. The Vancouver Games were her debut Olympic Games.

Chrisite competed in the 500, 1000 and 1500m at the Vancouver Games placing 11th, 20th and 19th respectively. Her 500m placing was her highest world-level finishing position.

Christie is a former figure skater and her motto is 'fulfill your dreams'.

 

She was part of the women's relay team who won gold at the World Championships in 2008 and also came sixth in the 1500m at last year's European Championships.
