Pete Smith made his Olympic debut at the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Games as a member of the Team GB men’s curling team.
The men's curling team skipped by two-time Olympian David Murdoch narrowly missed out on a semi-final place losing to Sweden in their play-off match. They finished in fifth.
Smith has won four World Curling titles and was a member of the men’s curling team who won the World Championships earlier this year.
Besides curling Smith is a keen golfer and once scored a hole-in-one twice in one game! He works full time for a fertiliser company as an area manager.
Smith cites his sporting hero as Jack Nicklaus.
